I am now offering lessons for players of all levels interested in refining/extending their technique, improvising and finding new, fun ways to approach the drum set. Slots are available evening and weekends. I've been drumming for over 20 years and am currently recording and performing with The Most Serene Republic. I've also had the pleasure of studying with Billy Martin (Medeski, Martin & Wood) at his home in New Jersey.

Curriculum will be tailored to fit each students needs and goals. $60 w/ discounted rates for longer sessions. Pay per lesson. No minimum, no pressure.

YAMAHA artist-clinician and Percussion specialist to the TDSB since 1979,  Adam personalizes his lessons to the needs and direction of the individual student.  His comprehensive approach is based on the premise:

A Canada Council Artist Grant recipient, he studied in the early 1980's with masters, Peter Erskine, Ed Soph and Irv Cottler.  Shortly after, he toured/recorded with RAY CHARLES, VINCE GILL, DARLENE LOVE, OLIVER JONES, MICHELLE WRIGHT, CHARLES BROWN, TINY TIM, TOMMY HUNTER, RONNIE HAWKINS, TOMMY NEWSOM, NATHANIEL DETT CHORALE and countless others.

Based in Toronto, he co-leads 2 groups:  The Gene Pool Boys and The Swingin' Blackjacks.
